Our Chardonnay represents the "Oregon-Style" perfectly.  It is has a wonderful fruit filled nose, with a dollop of butter and only two toothpicks of oak.  It has wonderful acidity making a great food wine!  I have had it with cream sauces such as alfredo sauces, clam chowder, as well as burgers off the grill.  Drink it now over the next 5-7 years.
